KOFA Discovery, Restoration, and Invitation to Early Cinema

Our annual cinematheque program, "Discovery, Restoration and Invitation to Early Cinema", will be held from June 1 to August 12. This year, the program consist of five sections: KOFA restoration, International restoration, In Memoriam, Early Cinema and 3D. We will be screening more than 40 films, including masterpieces by the late directors Jean-Luc Godard and Carlos Saura who passed away in 2022. Additionally, we are please to announce that three films directed by French New Wave icon Jeanne Moreau -Lumiere, Adolescent Girl, and Lillian Gish - will be shown in digitally restored versions.
