The Film Reference Library is a multimedia library that collects and organizes film-related materials for
the benefit of film researchers and cinephiles. Video materials collected from around the world, including Blu-ray discs,
VHS tapes, and DVDs, as well as dissertations, film scripts, and more, can be appreciated for free. Korean classic films
and independent films are also accessible through the VOD service.
Hours of Operation
Open from Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM ~ 07:00 PM
※ Closed on each Sunday, Monday, New Year’s Day, KOFA Foundation Day (January 18), Labor Day (May 1), as well as Lunar New Year
holidays (Seollal) and Chuseok holidays.

Please be advised to book a seat when using the library. Seat booking can be completed either online or in person.

General Rules
If you do not honor these requests, or disturb other viewers, we may ask you to leave, or your access to the Library may
be denied
- All materials are available for viewing only in the library. (No loans permitted.)
- If you read or access film-related resources in a seat not assigned to you.
- Visitors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
Admission Fee

Parking
Enjoy five hours of free parking.
The library reception provides a ticket to validate five hours of parking at visitors’ requests on their arrival to the library.
Beyond that time, 500 won will be charged for each portion of 10 minutes, for a maximum of 15,000 won per day.
