The Korean Film Archive, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in South Korea, is proud to announce the Iranian Film Festival. This cultural event will be held from September 24 to 27, 2025, in Seoul, offering a unique opportunity to explore the richness of Iranian culture, history, and everyday life through the art of cinema.

also for its minimalistic style, strong narratives, and focus on social and philosophical issues, Iranian cinema has become a powerful voice in global filmmaking.
During this festival, four critically acclaimed Iranian films—celebrated at prestigious international film festivals—will be screened. These works, with their human-centered stories, thought-provoking themes, and distinctive visual aesthetics, are exceptional representatives of Iran’s cinematic art.
