KOFA Restorations_KOFA’s Picks for 2020 2020.12.30 2519

The Korean Film Archive strives to share Korean cinema with a wider audience around the world through digitization of analogue materials and restoration using digital technology. Starting with Kim Kiyoung’s The Housemaid(1960) in 2007, KOFA has restored and digitized 40~50 films a year, providing VoD streaming services on its YouTube channel and KMDb website.

KOFA RESTORATIONS  introduces works that have been restored and digitized by KOFA in 2020 and contains an index of some 330 previously digitized works (2007~2020), some of which are available to watch on KOFA’s KMDb website and YouTube channel as VoDs.
