The commercial version of the film <The Road to Sampo> in DVD format remastered in HD was finally released. Adapted from a novel written by Hwang Seok-yeong, <The Road to Sampo>is one of the Korean masterpiece road movies and the 3rd issue of the series released by the Korean Film Archive (headed by Byung-Hoon Lee, director of KOFA) and representative of films of the 1970s in a low branch of classical film collection DVD. <Yalkae: A Joker in High School>and <The Shower>, the two previous issues of the series, were released in August and October, respectively, earning raves from classic films enthusiasts.
