The protagonist, Fleabag, is a middle-class woman who has a complicated family situation and a job with which she cannot maintain her lifestyle. She owns a coffee shop with which she barely makes money and her boyfriend is a man who fills his existential void with senseless sexual encounters with all kinds of women. And that is only a small part of his life and everyday situations that Fleabag must deal with. In season 2, two characters come into Fleabag's life. The Godmother slithers closer into the girls' lives, and Fleabag can't stop thinking of the young and handsome Catholic priest(Andrew Scott).
