Chil-gap, a real estate agent, is anxiously waiting for receiving premium for selling off a haunted country villa at a dirt-cheap price. One day, a company president Kim and the old man visit the villa and be scared out of their wits after seeing the ghosts and hurriedly return home. Next, the old man's son and the son's friends also visit the villa and, being haunted, go mad talking in delirium. The police raid upon the villa and find the identity of the ghosts. The ghosts, as it turned out, were swindlers who intend to buy the villa at a cheaper price.
