Gi-jun, an elementary school student, moves from Seoul to a small, unfamiliar town for a better education.

Before he even starts at his new school, his brand-new sneakers go missing. Suspicion immediately falls on Young-jun and Young-mun, two brothers known throughout the neighborhood for causing trouble.

As Gi-jun gets to know them, he discovers sides of the brothers that no one else seems willing to see. Crossing the invisible boundaries drawn by adults, the three boys gradually grow closer.

Then, during that summer, the world they know begins to quietly shift.
