Song Ki-yol, a young policeman, mistakenly loses his prisoner Baek Kong-san known as Chako(mismatched nose). Song quits the job and chase after Chako for 30 years. As old men, they meet in streets of Seoul. Dying of disease, Song wishes to take Chako to his home town and clean his name but policemen only watch two strange old men arguing.
